Brewing a Perfect Cup of Black tea

1.  Use a Clean kettle and fill in required level of spring or filtered water and boil up to 100 Celsius .
2.  Place your Ceylon black tea bag in the teapot or cup and pour 200 ml of of water directly to the cup.(1 tea bag per serving)
Allow the tea bag to steep for 2 minutes.
3.  Stir the tea again and steep for a further 3 minutes.
4.  Remove the tea bags from the cup
    (If you prefer a black tea with a stronger flavour, brew more tea leaves to give the cup a higher ratio of leaves to the water. BUT DO NOT steep for more than 5 minutes)
5.  You may add Honey ,sugar to make it sweet. 
6.  Serve your delicious cup of tea and enjoy at breakfast time or evening snack time.
