Brewing a Perfect Cup of Black tea

1. Use a Clean kettle and fill in required level of spring or filtered water and boil up to 100 Celsius .
2. Place your Ceylon black tea leaves in the teapot and pour 200 ml of of water directly over the leaves and close the lid.
Allow the leaves to steep for 2 minutes.
3. Open the lid and stir the leaves and steep for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Use a strainer to pour the tea to prevent any tea leaves from going into the cup. Do not leave the tea pot on a fire or a cooker
(If you prefer a black tea with a stronger flavour, brew more tea leaves to give the cup a higher ratio of leaves to the water. BUT DO NOT steep for more than 5 minutes)
5. You may add Honey ,sugar to make it sweet. 
6. Serve your delicious cup of tea and enjoy at breakfast time or evening snack time.
